Do I need public liability insurance?

All stallholders must hold appropriate Public Liability Insurance (PLI) for their business and activities at the market.

Payment instructions will be provided once Giftbox Events has reviewed and accepted your application. Please note that for Christmas market stalls, full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.

What happens if I need to cancel?

A stallholder may cancel their booking within 14 days of Giftbox Events confirming the booking, provided the cancellation is made in writing.After this period, cancellations may be accepted up to 6 weeks before the event at the discretion of Giftbox Events and may be subject to a £10 administration charge per market.Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before an event will generally not be refundable unless Giftbox Events is able to find a suitable replacement stallholder or otherwise agrees to a refund.
