Tables and chairs are provided unless otherwise stated.

All stallholders must hold appropriate Public Liability Insurance (PLI) for their business and activities at the market.

Payment instructions will be provided once Giftbox Events has reviewed and accepted your application. Please note that for Christmas market stalls, full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.

Giftbox Events does not automatically guarantee a refund where a stallholder cancels an event booking.If Giftbox Events can provide adequate cover for the cancelled stall and full payment is received from a replacement stallholder, the original stallholder's payment will be refunded less a £10 administration charge.

No, we do not charge entry fees to our markets unless otherwise stated.

Products sold at our events must be handmade. We may, at our discretion, allow a small proportion of non-handmade items.

Yes, this needs to be completed when booking.
